  7. Please read the “READ ME FIRST” document found in your QuicKeys package - it contains instructions for installing which must be used instead of those in the manual.

  9. QUICKEYS CAN BE INSTALLED BY USING THE INSTALLER IN THE "QUICKEYS" FOLDER, LOCATED IN THE "MORE INFORMATION" FOLDER ON THIS CD.

  13. MISCELLANEOUS

  15. • We recommend that MultiFinder (System 6.0.4 - 6.0.8) users increase the memory size for the Finder from 160K to 240K.

  17. • When you install QuicKeys, older versions of QuicKeys and QuickTimer™ will not be deleted from your hard disk.  They will be moved into the QuicKeys folder in the Preferences folder in the System folder.  If you ever need to “down-grade” to the older version for any reason, simply move those files back to the root level of the System folder, remove the newer version of QuicKeys from the System folder and restart.

  19. • When you update to QuicKeys 2.1.2, be sure to use QKInstall so that your old sequences are converted correctly.

  21. • Due to changes in system and disk space requirements, it is no longer feasible to run QuicKeys on a floppy based system.

  33. SmartAlarms
  34.

CEToolbox versions 1.6 and EARLIER work with SmartAlarms v3.0 through v3.0.4, but those versions (of CEToolbox) WILL NOT work with SmartAlarms v3.0.6.  If you use SmartAlarms v3.0.6, use CEToolbox versions 1.6.1 and later, since these versions (of CEToolbox) contain code which works with SmartAlarms v3.0.6.  We cannot guarantee that CEToolbox will be compatible with future versions of SmartAlarms.
